ICF Kids

Kids Celebration

The Kids celebration takes place on Sunday mornings during the main service.

Our vision

We want „Sunday“ to be the best day of the week for our kids! We want to influence the kids in a way that their everyday life is positively formed. We pray that the children get to know Jesus as their best friend and that they experience his love for them through being with each other, the stories, songs and games…..!

    Pre-Teens

    11 – 15 years | 10:45 – 12:30

    In the kids celebration for the pre-teens you can:

      • go deeper in your faith by cool topics
      • get to know God more and more
      • ask the questions about life you always wanted to ask
      • In our „open play- time“ you can play games or Wii, Billard or Football, get to know new people and make friends

    Through different series, topics and activities you have the possibility to experience God in new ways and learn for what he has made you and called you to.
    For closing the pre teens meet from time to time in smallgroups. There you can tell about what is going on in your life and what the stories and topics you heard have to do with your life.
    On the 1st Sunday of the month we attend together the worship time in the adult celebration.
    As a Pre-Teen you have also the opportunity to help in different areas of ICF-Kids as a trainee and to find out about your talents and be promoted: for technical support, at the check-in counter or welcome area, for the animation team, as moderator and with the little ICF-kids.

    History Maker

    6 – 10 years | 9:15 – 10:45 | 10:45 – 12:30

    In the Kids celebration of the History makers you can:

          • get to know Jesus as your best friend
          • in our „open play-time“ you can play, do handicrafts, paint, play the Wii, enjoy playing table- tennis, Ice hockey or foosball or just romp.
          • Pray and worship with children- and worship songs
          • during our celebration you can hear about breath-taking biblical stories (also presented as theatre, tricks or movies), sing worship songs with us and interact with it in a creative way.

    For closing the „history makers“ meet from time to time in smallgroups. There they can tell about what is going on in their lives and think about what the biblical story has to do with their lives.

        Mini Kids

        0 – 3 years | 9:15 – 10:45 | 10:45 – 12:30

        During the Kids Celebration the Mini Kids get to know Jesus from the beginning through a play time together, breakfast and a creative, age appropriate program (singing, stories and games for all senses). In the kids group they can make their own first steps.

        Amazing Kids

        4 – 6 years | 9:15 – 10:45 | 10:45 – 12:30

        At the kids Celebration of the Amazing Kids awaits you

              • For the „open play time“ the staff prepares different possibilities for handicrafts, moving and playing.
              • In our chair circle we sing together, celebrate birthdays, talk about what happened in the nursery/Kindergarten or at home, hear about exciting biblical stories, that are sometimes told by the staff members as well as by the handpuppets Willi or raven Rudi. We play and at the end we have a little snack.
